How can I feel more confident talking to guys?

why does everyone still care about skin color?

It’s something I dealt with living in the boondocks, as an indian kid. Racist remarks, stereotypes. sometimes I would like to make the brown panther party haha just kidding. Why can’t people understand that there is only one race? the human race. why must we tell people the color of our skin in our job applications, On our school exams, etc. I have been trying to understand why people are like this but I just can’t understand why.

its such a stupid exercise.. people only do it because its easy… jogging raises cortisol levels as well as kill anti aging hormones… why not just do sprints instead,… you’ll be completely bushed after a set or 7-8 sprints much moreso then you would after a 5 mile jog haha

and you’ll ultimately lose more weight (fat) doing sprints because it produces HGH which raises metabolism

Ex-husband always late for visitation. What should I do?

The man has put his children last on his list for years and refused to put hours of pick up and drop off in our divorce decree so he could do as he pleases.
The youngest is still at home and get this: His dad wanted to pick him up at mdinite, then drive to his house another hour,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,He refused to make alternate plans for the boys sake so my son lost out on seeing his dad.
That’s just the tip of the iceburg.
Visitation is every other weekend and my ex calls my son at the time he’s due to arrive and tells him he’s stuck in traffic. Says it could be hours.
So I suggested he leave work one hour early every other week to avoid rush hour. He refuses to do that and last night said he was in a six mile back-up that may not clear till midnite…….Naturally I had to cancel the weekend. and that makes me look real mean and my son gets hurt and angry at me.
I literally feel as tho my son deserves better from his self absorbed father. He is hurt that his dad isn’t on time.

I feel so bad for your kids. I would talk to friend of the court or an attorney. But look at it this way. Time with your children is precious and he is just giving you all his precious time. Your children will remember this when they get older trust me. Think of how you relationship will be with your children vs his.
