Possible but not necessarily. A person with an average income could also get cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery stopped being something only for wealthy persons, but its still common of course.

How can I get good facial structure and symmetry without having to get cosmetic surgery?

I have poor facial structure and facial symmetry and I want to make it good. Is there anything I can do which will realistically work and give me good facial symmetry and structure, without having to get cosmetic/plastic surgery?

but if your a girl, or a guy that would wear makeup then yes you can help balance your facial features.
make up artists know your facial contours, accents, etc. and would be able to help you achieve a more balanced looking symmetry

other than that, no theres not much you can do.

How can I write an A* biology report on cosmetic surgery?

For part of my GCSE Biology coursework, I need to write a really good report on whether cosmetic surgery is a life saver or an image makeover. I can use statistics, sources, graphs, charts etc. How can I make sure I get an A* on this?

First, what is your position? Do you think CS is a lifesaver or an image makeover?

Next, outline the paper. that might look something like this:

Introduction
I. What is CS
II. CS: A brief history
III. Literature review including published reasons for CS
How many CSs are performed a year. What are the common types of CS.
IV. Interview with a cosmetic surgeon or two. Why do they perform the surgeries? How many do they perform. Use a chart to show the types of surgeries they do. (Pie chart for the types of surgery; bar chart for numbers of each type of surgery; tables to show the differences between men and women and their reasons for having CS, etc.) How many of their clients have repeat CS?
V. Interviews with people who have had CS.
VI. The risks of CS [Good place for statistics!]
VII. Analysis: crunch your numbers and report your data. Graphs and charts! Statistics!
VIII. State your opinion on whether CS is life saver or image. Use the data you collected above to support your position.

If you do this, you can easily make it a well thought-out and researched paper. I would guess it could be an easy 20-30 pages. Don’t forget to cite your sources.

That should get you an A* (if it meets the rubric of what your prof has asked.

Is surgery for having dimples on my cheeks also dangerous like other cosmetic surgery and why?

I desperately wants to have dimples on my cheeks.
I had read about many unsuccessful cosmetic surgery like nose surgery,lip surgery,etc…
Like in some nose job,plastic surgeons break bones…etc.Is it the same procedure for having dimples on cheeks? Is surgery to have dimples also dangerous like other cosmetic surgeries?

why would you want dimples? haha, you can have mine! I hate them, because everybody always comments on them and it makes me really self conscious. but no, i don’t think it would be dangerous, it’s nowhere near any bones really, good luck! you can always go and ask advice from a cosmetic surgeon before you have the surgery!!

I am having cosmetic surgery shortly and I am wondering should anything go wrong (I’m sure that it won’t but there is always a risk) would I be covered by my credit card to get money back? The surgery is not going to be in the UK but still in Europe.

If you live in the states i suggest getting cosmetic surgery from a professional in the states like Dr Stephen Greenberg. From what i understand hes facility is alot cleaner and hes got alot more experience then most of the surgeons in the dominican republic. we dont need what happened to ushers wife to happen again.

Where can I get the computer-imaging software that surgeons use during a cosmetic surgery consultation?

When you go to a cosmetic surgery consultation, one thing the surgeon often does is show you what you could possbly look like after the surgery using imaging software. It is a computer program similar to Photoshop. It might actually be Photoshop, but I’m not sure. Does anyone know where I can get this software? If I could get it for free, that would be even better! I would like to have cosmetic surgery and would like to learn more about the potential results I could achieve. Thanks a million!

One of the computer imaging softwares that plastic surgeons use is called AlterImage. It is quite expensive and not practical for patients to buy. It is better to just consult with a plastic surgeon and have him use his software. Or, if you really want to do it yourself, you can really actually use Photoshop. It does work in a similar way. Just makes it simpler for the plastic surgeons to learn.
