What fad diet does these things to your body?
I would like to do a fad diet before my real diet. "WHY" you ask? Well because i do and because school starts soon, so if i can get the weight off first then worrie about keeping it off later then im ok with that. I do not want to do the lemonaid diet or whatever that thing is.
I want a fad diet that will let me lose 30lb in 2-3 weeks, and that will help my skin become clear and healthy. And clear bacteria out of my body. What fad diet does this?
Meals:
Breakfast: A fist full of fruit.
Lunch: Salad with Balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.
Dinner: A fist full of Baked salmon with vegetables.
Only drink water throughout the day, and if you feel the need for a snack, Suck on ice instead. Don’t eat more than a fist full at meal times.
Exercise:
Do squats, sit ups, lunges, and push ups for at least an hour a day.
Can Diet pills risk your chances of ever becoming pregnant?
I Am about to start taking diet pills after trying to diet for the last 2 years and being unsuccessful. Would taking diet pills decrease my chances of ever becoming a mam? If so I will NOT take the pills.
Also I am on antibiotics: Flucloxacillin and If I do take these diet pills, will the antibiots stop the diet pills working?

Diet pills are associated with heart or organ damage. Not associated with infertility. Antibiotics generally have no effect on diet pills.
My suggestion is to get a medical workup as well as a COMPLETE log of what you eat over two weeks (that includes measuring your portions). Determine if you have a medical problem or not. I had a terrible time trying to lose weight, so I get it.
Also, try following something closer to a low carb diet. Eliminating or severely reducing starchy foods (such as potatoes, rice and pasta) and flour products really does make a difference over time. Most lower calorie foods simply replace the fat with sugar, which doesn’t help.

Hi, I know that spot reduction is near impossible and the way to make lower belly fat go away is to diet and exercise to lower your bodies overall body fat. Does diet factor into losing lower belly fat? Seem to me that it shouldn’t. How can some foods biochemically affect only the belly fat. When losing belly fat and love handles, 20% comes from exercise, and 80% comes from diet. You basically need to get your body into a form of ketosis which comes entirely from diet. You prevent glucose consumption, and your brain requires glucose to survive, so your body enters a state of ketosis which takes your fat (in this case your belly fat and love handles), and turns them into ketone bodies and a glucose substitute for your brain. Your body uses these ketone bodies which came from your fat for energy. 20% is from exercise because you need to remind your body that it needs the energy from your fat, plus when you exercise you use up any few calories of glucose you ingested making sure that your body uses your fat stores. When your belly fat and love handles are gone (basically you have like 7% body fat) you must incorporate glucose foods into your diet (but gradually and in small portions otherwise you damage your health). If the fat is still there keep going until its all gone. It’s that simple.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

I need to lose 20 pounds by summer and I need a easy diet plan to follow. I work 2 jobs and don’t have a lot of time to prep food. I’d like a diet plan that uses minimal processed foods and doesn’t take a long time to prepare. Has anyone found a diet plan that works for them? I will be incorporating some exercise as well, but I have a knee injury that prevents me from doing anything with much impact.
Look like your are very busy, but why not just Power walk 45 mins daily, but you have to walk faster, like jogging to burn FAT. And you can buy some apple, orange , can of tuna (in water), instant oatmeal (120 cal per bag), 2 boxes of eggs (hard boil), zero yogurt etc. they dont need too much time to prepare, you can hard boil 12 eggs for 2 -3 days, oatmeal, you just need add hot water for it. try to keep your cal within 1200-1400 cals, and power walk for 45 mins daily, you will lose 1 lb weekly or more. but you have to walk faster not shopping speed. 45 mins is about 5-6KM. I did the Atkins diet for 2 weeks and lost a stone, but the best – and safest way to loose weight is to drink loads of water and excersise (go for a walk or do extra house work, I did and it works!) I found it hard to keep to at first, but now i feel great and my skin looks really fresh. In six months I’ve gone from a size 14 to a size 10. Give it a try and in six months you’ll be looking and feeling great!

they reap havoc on the endocrine system; the function in our body which regulates everything from body temperature to hair growth to hormones & skin condition. & will most certainly not create an ideal environment in which a baby may survive. eat healthy & get moderate exercise. you can start by walking 30 min/day & you will be doing a world of good for yourself & your baby.

I know one is for loosing weight and the other for a healthier body but what i am asking is, what do you do in a weight diet that is different from a health diet?
a healthy diet is maintaining your current healthy weight by eating the number of calories you burn in a day. A weight loss diet is when your trying to lose weight so you eat less calories than you burn that day, or if your trying to gain weight or muscle mass you eat more calories that you use in that day. There’s a healthy way to go about any of these diets, just depending on what your goals are.

I have looked at many weight loss diets and many restrict carbs, but I look at information about a swimmer’s ideal diet and the main food is carbs.
How do you go about losing fat if you swim for 1hr/day for 4-5 days/week.
Regardless of your fat, protein, carb ratio, as long as calories in (eating) is less than calories out (burned off thru exercise and metabolism) you will drop weight.
The first thing you need to know is how many calories you need to "maintain" your weight (calculators will ask how much you currently weigh, height & work-out schedule). From there you can create a diet that is around 500 calories less than what you need to maintain (a 500 calorie deficit every day for 7 days will result in a loss of a pound..ie it takes 3,500 calories.). If you need "carbs" than you can focus on complex carbs (whole grains) to provide energy through-out the day.
Edit: There is a reason that health experts suggest only 1 – 2 pounds of loss a week. 500 – 1,000 calorie deficit is tough enough for most people…dropping it below that just isn’t practical / healthy. This is especially true for people that are already healthy or close to healthy weights (and is what makes them anorexic).
Heavy people can drop off 500 – 1,000 calories a day easy but that is usually because they can eat 3,000 – 3,500 calories to "maintain" there current heavy weight. So what if they cut back to eating 2,000 calories a day that is still a good amount of food.
