I am just about to start the P90X program. I have heard amazing things about it and have seen the results. I would really like to boost my energy and average out my appetite while doing this for quicker, better results. I am already on a semi strict diet consisting of many fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. GNC is where I am looking to purchase any supplements that can be recommended.

I know there are lots of multivitamin supplements but what kind of supplements are good for the heart.
Generally people recommend lots of green leafy veggies and fruit which contain Vitamin B, C and D but it is also recommended you get omega 3 fatty acids in your diet. Krill oil has been shown to lower cholesterol which also makes it good for your heart.

I’ve taken B12 but still feel a bit lethargic at the moment. What other vitamins or supplements can help you to feel more energetic?
Mister – I’m a competitive dancer and routinely get at least 2 hours of exercise a day when I’m well.
I’m an incredibly healthy eater, and am currently slightly underweight. I rarely consume sugar. I do have caffeine, but I try to not overdo it.
My vitamin B12 oral spray tastes very nice and i use it twice a day for autoimmune pernicious anaemia. Far better to take B12 sublingually and this method been proven to be as effective as B12 injections in clinical trials…..the final conclusion in fact was that sublingual may be superior to injections…i second that opinion!

I am a 20 year old male. I am just shy of 6 foot and weigh 164. I am looking for some suggestions on any vitamins or supplements I can take to build and tone muscle.
Most important is protein
Get 1-2 grams per one pound of body weight
Take a multi-vitamin
Drink at least 120 oz of water a day
Glutamine is great to help your muscles recover faster (take before bed and right when you wake up)
ZMA before bedtime will increase testosterone
Creatine is great and will help you lift more
17-HD will give you insane energy
